Hi, I’m Ingyang, a coach who blends nervous system work, strength training, and Human Design to help women come back stronger, inside and out.
I created The Aligned Reset because I was the woman doing everything "right" and still feeling off.
For years, I had a pattern: push through pain, ignore my body, get injured, gain weight, spiral, repeat. I’d go from training hard and feeling "on fire" to crashing hard and losing momentum completely. I thought I just needed more discipline but what I really needed was safety.
In June 2024, I tore my ACL and meniscus playing rugby. That injury forced me to slow down, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. It made me realize how long I’d been ignoring my body’s signals.
That was my turning point. I started using nervous system tools to feel safe again, explored Human Design to understand my energy, and rebuilt from the inside out.
Now I help other women do the same, because pushing harder isn’t the answer. Alignment is. Because you don’t have to keep pushing through pain, fear, or fatigue. No problem! You can catch up whenever you have time. You will have access to it for life.
I’m still recovering from injury. Can I do this?
Yes. The foundation of this training is beneficial for anyone and you can juts skip whatever you can't do yet.
Do I lose access after 7 days?
No, you will have lifetime access to this training
How much time will this take daily?
It will take about 5-15 minutes a day. I would put aside 20 minutes if you can, just so that you can really focus on it an take your time with it
