I’m a fitness and mindset coach, nervous system guide, and Human Design mentor.
But more than that, I am also recovering from an ACL + Meniscus surgery and unlike other injures I had suffered in the past, I have not gained weight, fell into a depression and lost myslef within the recovery. I am rebuilding my body stronger than before.

After being in ACL space for a few months I have noticed how many women are navigating injury, setbacks, and disconnection from their body.
I wanted to create a space where these women could feel seen, could feel their feelings and get support to heal from within so that they could create the habits that they needed in order for them to do a full 100% comeback from this ACL injury.
I have worked with a few of them and the biggest breakthroughs didn’t come from the perfect rehab plan.
